Returns & Exchanges
Due to the tactile and personal nature of Squisharoos, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been delivered.
Squisharoos are designed to be handled, squeezed and used as sensory products, and for hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to resell products once they have left our care.
Please choose your Squisharoos carefully before placing your order. 💛
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We put a lot of love and care into making and packing every Squisharoo, but if something isn't right with your order, please let us know.
If your Squisharoo arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at admin@squisharoo.co.za, preferably with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Handmade Products
Please remember that Squisharoos are handmade. Small variations in colour, pattern, charm placement, bubbles or appearance may occur from one Squisharoo to another. These little differences are part of what makes each Squisharoo unique and are not necessarily considered defects.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Because custom and personalised Squisharoos are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
If there is a genuine fault or problem with your custom order, however, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at admin@squisharoo.co.za as soon as possible.
If production or preparation of your order has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel it. Once a handmade or custom order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
